During the 2011 American Country Awards on Monday night (Dec. 5), Blake Shelton performed his recent multi-week No. 1 smash single, 'God Gave Me You.'

Shelton's delivery of the tune was a solid performance, which made country music proud and confirmed why the 2011 American Country Awards have given him the Male Vocalist of the Year victory for two consecutive years.

Sporting a brown jacket, brown vest and a brown dress shirt over his dark jeans, Shelton belted out the song as the fans surrounding the stage sang every word right back to him -- including his beautiful wife, Miranda Lambert, who sat in the front row.

Mid song, Shelton stepped away from the microphone stand as he wandered the stage front, clenching his hand across his chest, feeling the power behind the power ballad. After singing the song's final words, Shelton set his microphone back on the stand and his eyes glazed over with emotion as his bowed to the cheering fans, sincerely moved by their support over the past couple of years.

Prior to his performance, Shelton picked up two ACA's for Music Video of the Year and Music Video of the Year by a Male Artist, both for his No. 1 hit 'Who Are You When I'm Not Looking.'
