Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood have topped both the Billboard country singles chart and the Mediabase/Country Aircheck charts this week with their power ballad duet 'Remind Me.'

'Remind Me' was written by Paisley and two of his favorite co-writers, Chris DuBois and Kelley Lovelace. The tune is the third single from the singer's latest album, 'This Is Country Music.' The album has already produced two other chart-topping hits, including the title track and 'Old Alabama.'

In addition to hitting the top of the airplay charts with 'Remind Me' this week, the single was also certified Gold earlier this month by the RIAA for sales exceeding 500,000 downloads. 'Remind Me' has since surpassed 750,000 digital downloads. 'Remind Me' marks Paisley's 20th career No. 1 single to date and Underwood's 14th No. 1 single.

The hot twosome have won fans over for years now as a celebrity pairing, as they have being the reining hosts of the CMA Awards for the past three years. The Paisley-Underwood team will be at it again this year when they host the 2011 awards show set to air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on November 9 at 8:00PM ET on ABC.
