Brittany Aldean Remembers NBA Past in Throwback Photo
The entire nation is currently swept up in everything March Madness/NCAA basketball, which may just have inspired Jason Aldean's wife, Brittany, to reflect fondly on her past days cheering for the NBA.
Brittany posted a photo of herself (looking enviably trim) in her cheer outfit, along with a shoutout to the Charlotte Hornets, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary and for whom she cheered during 2011-2012, the period they were rebranded the Charlotte Bobcats.
"Happy 30th anniversary @thehoneybees !! Can’t help but think of all the good times I had with the NBA and all the girls who helped make it a life changing experience. From the international trips... to exhausting practice schedules, I enjoyed every second. Good luck tonight on the court, alumni!! Wish I could be there!! WERRRRRRRRRKKKKKK."
Brittany isn't putting on any cheer costumes these days—not because she looks a whole lot different from the girl in that photo, but because she is currently busy with her two young children, son Memphis (1) and newborn daughter Navy (who arrived in February). She's also a devoted stepmother to Aldean's two older daughters, Keeley and Kendyl, who are from his previous marriage.
Aldean and the former Brittany Kerr just celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary, having married in a beach wedding in Cancun, Mexico, on March 21, 2015.
"This is the best day ever," Aldean told Us Weekly of his amazing wedding day. "I've got my girl here, my friends, my family — it's the best day ever!"
