Dierks Bentley is gearing up to host his sixth-annual Miles and Music for Kids celebrity motorcycle ride and benefit concert next month in Nashville. The event is set for October 16, and Bentley is once again bringing along a star-studded lineup of today's hottest singers, including Josh Thompson, Colt Ford and the Eli Young Band.

The hour-long motorcycle ride will kick off at the Harley-Davidson of Columbia and end at Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville, where the big country concert will take place. Bentley plans to add more artists to the concert lineup as the event gets closer.

Tickets for the family-friendly event go on sale on this Friday (September 9) through Ticketmaster. Fans can purchase a package that includes tickets for the ride, concert and special commemorative T-shirt for just $50. Those looking to attend just the concert portion of Miles and Music can purchase their tickets for $20. Special VIP packages will also be available starting Friday.

Bentley began his Miles and Music event in 2009, after joining forces with Nationwide Insurance, CMT One Country and the Children's Miracle Network. What started off as a Nashville-based event has since grown to six additional cities across the country, including Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Seattle and Columbus. The Chicago Miles and Music ride and concert is currently set for October 9.

In its six-year run, Miles and Music has raised a total $1.6 million for children's hospitals in the host areas.
