The Eli Young Band are on top of their game these days. Following the release of their critically acclaimed album 'Life at Best,' the band linked up with Dierks Bentley on his high-profile Country and Cold Cans Tour, which will wrap later this month. The band now has one more reason to celebrate, as their current Top 5 single, 'Crazy Girl,' has been certified platinum by the RIAA for sales of over one million downloads.

"The saying 'be careful what you wish for because you just might get it' is really coming true this year for us," says EYB's James Young in a release announcing the news.  "Having a platinum single is one of the things we’ve always dreamed about.  Thank you to the fans and country radio for allowing us to do what we love night after night, and for truly making our dreams come true."

'Crazy Girl' has been embraced by fans nationwide, who have called into radio stations and tracked over 6,000,000 views of the video on YouTube. This week, 'Crazy Girl' holds down the No. 2 position on both the Billboard and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts. The Eli Young Band to performed this smash single, penned by Lee Brice and Liz Rose, on the 'Late Show With David Letterman' this Thursday (Nov. 3).

The Country and Cold Cans Tour is set to wrap on Nov. 19 in Broomfield, Colo. Click here for a complete list of dates where the tour will be stopping in the coming weeks.
