After three years of making music that has won them over with country music fans nationwide, Gloriana's Cheyenne Kimball has announced her departure from the foursome. As rumors began buzzing around the web Monday afternoon, Gloriana's remaining members -- Rachel Reinert, and brothers Michael and Tom Gossin -- took to their website to confirm the news.

"As you may have heard, Cheyenne Kimball chose to leave our band," the band wrote on their website. "We need you to know that Gloriana will absolutely continue on. We couldn't imagine our lives any other way."

"We are 100 percent committed to all of you, our fans and supporters," they continued. "As planned, we will debut our new music video this week and will continue touring and supporting 'Wanna Take You Home' while finishing up our new album. We wish Cheyenne the best of luck in whatever lies ahead for her."

Kimball, 20, had a solo career of her own prior to joining forces with the other three who then formed Gloriana. No word as to what Kimball has planned next for her career, but the singer-songwriter created a new Twitter account to share her personal and professional updates with her fans.

"Hey guys I will be tweeting from here now," she tweeted. "Thank you so much for all of your support and welcome to my new home. I have had some very sweet phone calls and messages coming in. Thank you all for your support!"

In a series of replies to her fans' inquiries, Kimball also touched on her future in the music scene. "I wish the rest of Gloriana the best!" she wrote to a fan. "It was just time to move on. I will sing forever! Even if it's just to my new puppy!"

Later on Monday night, Kimball took to her Twitter page one more time to discuss the abrupt departure from the band. "Don't worry, you guys," she wrote. "I will be giving my side of the story soon. What hurts you only makes you stronger. All of your support and love means so much to me! Love you all so much."

Last month, the members of Gloriana filmed their new video for their latest single, 'Wanna Take You Home,' in Nashville. The song is the first release from Gloriana's forthcoming sophomore album on Warner Music Nashville, slated for release later this year.
