During a recent trip to Nashville's iconic Grand Ole Opry, Hunter Hayes got a chance to perform his rockin' new single, 'Tattoo,' and show off his guitar skills.

Hayes was welcomed to the stage on Aug. 8 by a big round of applause before he broke into an extended guitar riff on his white electric. Nope, he's not just known for his charming voice -- he's also got incredibly fast fingers.

"Break it down, y'all," Hayes says in the video, humming a few notes before starting 'Tattoo' with a little countdown. A true pro, the singer raises his hands to get the crowd clapping along to the familiar beat. Judging by the look on his face, he's thrilled to be playing the song, and even more thrilled to be playing it in that famous circle.

Hayes smiles as he sings the romantic 'Tattoo' lyrics, "there's this thing that you do, you don't know that it does something to me, it's in the way that you sway, that you talk, that you touch, that you kiss, that you breathe." He stirs emotion into every word.

The 22-year-old puts on a high-energy live show, and even though he was at the legendary Opry, he was still jumping and tapping his feet to the beat.

Can't get enough of this performance? You're in luck, because there's more where that came from. Hayes has just announced his Tattoo (Your Name) Tour, which leads into December.
