The holidays season is a time to give back, and Jana Kramer recently did just this when she partnered with the Make-a-Wish Foundation to bring music to a local hospital, brightening the room and the patient in it.

On Friday (Dec. 11), Jana Kramer made one young girl's wish come true when she visited her hospital room and sang some songs for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of East Tennessee.

Kramer and her husband, former NFL player Mike Caussin, spent time with patient Amber Slatton, to sing some songs with the patient and spread holiday cheer. Throughout the day, Kramer posted about the experience.

"We sang her favorite song 'I Got the Boy' and a few others like 'Love,' and the best were the Christmas songs," Kramer writes on Facebook. "Everyone joined in. Amber used her wish to meet me but in the end, I'm the grateful one that I got to meet her! Strongest most beautiful girl. Love you sis!"

Slatton even joined in to sing a few of the songs with Kramer including "I Got the Boy" and "Jingle Bells. Kramer's current single "I Got the Boy" off her sophomore album Thirty One is out now.
