Joe Diffie – Most Famous Mullets
Joe Diffie made a great transition from Achy-Breaky Big Mistakey to the cop look in the late '90s and early 2000s. He's kept the thin mustache, but did away with this well-manicured mullet, seen on the cover of his 1993 'Honky Tonk Attitude' album. This may be the cleanest mullet on the list.
