Josh Abbott Band Pop Up on ‘Teen Mom OG’ for Maci Bookout’s Wedding [Watch]

Fans of country music and MTV's Teen Mom OG will recognize some familiar faces on Monday night's episode (Dec. 5). Josh Abbott Band will perform via telecast at the wedding of Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney.

The group's performance is a surprise for McKinney's new wife, as Bookout is a big fan of the country act. They'll play "She's Like Texas," the 2010 single of the album of the same name.

"You really got them to do this?" a surprised and happy Bookout asks her new husband. "I know some people," he replies as the two dance to the sweet song.

Bookout can be seen singing along to lyrics like "She’s as free as blue bonnets in the summer / She’s as hot as the Padre Island sun / Most of the time she’s as warm and friendly / Like the hills that surround Austin."

Before the clip concludes, the band congratulate the Teen Mom OG couple and send well-wishes for their wedding day, eliciting loud cheers and applause from the excited audience.

Josh Abbott Band's latest single “Amnesia," off their current album Front Row Seat, hit airwaves earlier in 2016 and is inspired by frontman Josh Abbott's divorce. The song "Touch" off their third album Small Town Family Dream, which reached No. 5 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, can be heard on the soundtrack to the Nicholas Sparks film The Longest Ride.
