It’s Keith Urban’s House!

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have done a fair amount of real estate swapping since they married in 2006. According to Berg Properties, they sold this 7,000-plus square foot house in Nashville in late 2007. A 40-acre farm just outside of Music City is now their permanent home.

In September of 2008 the famous pair picked up a Beverly Hills home for something near the asking price of $4.8 million. In October of 2012, the singer and his actress wife unloaded a penthouse apartment in New York City for just under $13 million. That should secure that their two daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret have a fully-funded college fund.
