Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott recently scored herself another career accomplishment by being the co-writer and inspiration behind Sara Evans' multi-week No. 1 hit 'A Little Bit Stronger.' Though the song was written about a particular relationship in her life, which Scott says "feels like a lifetime ago," she is now in a much happier place, and the proof is in the new songs she's been writing for Lady A's highly-anticipated album slated for release later this year.

"I think that everybody writes from personal experience," Scott tells Taste of Country. "We just finished up recording our third record, [and] I'm definitely writing a lot more happy [these days]."

And as far as the ex who inspired 'A Little Bit Stronger,' Scott says she would love nothing more than to set the record straight on any false hope he is still clinging on to.

"It's really funny, because I'm in a great, amazing relationship now," Scott gushes of her boyfriend, Chris Tyrrell. "But I've heard through the grapevine [that this guy that I used to date] -- because we still have mutual friends -- he thinks that 'Need You Now' was written about him, and that wasn't; ['A Little Bit Stronger'] was. So for the record, ['A Little Bit Stronger'] was written about him; not 'Need You Now' [laughs]!"
