Lanco Invite Fans to Share Their Love Stories
Lanco's "Greatest Love Story" is semi-autobiographical, but the group welcomes fans to share why the song means so much to them. Some of the stories thus far have been more touching than their own.
"It's been fun to watch the way that people have found their stories within the song," singer Brandon Lancaster tells Taste of Country Nights. "After every show, you might get a military couple that says, 'My husband just got back,' or 'My boyfriend is coming back and we're getting married."
People make it their story, which is what you want. Lancaster just wrote another chapter to his greatest love story, marrying Tiffany Trotter. The two dated, broke up and got back together at least once before getting hitched on Sept. 17. Conversely, bassist Chandler Baldwin married his longtime girlfriend on New Year's Eve.

The band's Eric Steedly is still single, however. "What you do on Singles Awareness Day is you go out and spend twice as much on yourself and you don't feel bad about it," he says as the band laughs.
The Top 20 hit is the group's second release to radio. It's a departure from the uptempo, heavily produced "Long Live Tonight." Both songs should play well when they take the stage on Dustin Lynch's Ride or Die Tour beginning Nov. 3.
Taste of Country Nights is a syndicated night show which airs on nearly 100 radio stations nationwide. Listen to highlights on iTunes or your Android device.
