Just a week after topping the country singles chart with his hit song, 'A Woman Like You,' Lee Brice and the three writers of the tune are once again celebrating the song's continued success.

'A Woman Like You' has officially been certified Gold by the RIAA for sales exceeding 500,000 digital downloads sold. The song is so hot that it still resides within the Top 5 on the Billboard and Mediabase / Country Aircheck singles chart this week, as well as on the iTunes Country Songs chart.

"The girl in the song asks, ‘What would you do if you never met me?’ And the guy goes, ‘You want to know the truth? I’d probably be doing just what I was doing then, looking for you,’" explains Brice of his first chart-topping song as an artist. "He’s walking a thin line there for a minute, but then he’s able to hook it to say something every woman wants to hear. I think people dig it because the guy is being pretty darn honest."

'A Woman Like You,' penned by Phil Barton, Jon Stone and Johnny Bulford, is the lead single from Brice’s forthcoming sophomore album on Curb Records. 'Hard 2 Love' will hit stores on April 24.

In the coming weeks, in preparation for the release of his forthcoming album, Brice can be seen on several television programs, including 'Fox & Friends' (April 23), 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' (May 1), 'The Better Show' (May 2), 'The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson' (TBA), 'Huckabee' (May 5) and CNN’s 'Showbiz Tonight.'
