On a recent roll through Ohio last week (August 30), the bus of Willie Nelson's 22-year-old son, Lukas Nelson, was pulled over by local police after being tipped of that there could be possible marijuana on board.

According to TMZ's website, Ohio's Centerville Police Department Officer Matt Dunn brought a drug-sniffing dog to the scene, which tipped off the officer to search the bus. Officer Dunn then found a small amount of the herbal substance in the possession of one of Nelson's band members who travels with the singer as part of his band, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real.

Nelson's band member was then arrested and charged with a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. As far as the younger singing Nelson goes, he was cleared of any charges and sent on his way with his band to their next tour stop.

The legendary Willie Nelson was not so lucky in recent months, as he was arrested late last year for having possession of the drug on his own bus. His plea deal was later rejected by the judge on the case.

Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real have upcoming tour stops in Indiana, Iowa and California, among other states. Click here for a complete list of dates where Nelson and his band will be stopping.
