Before he was crowned 'American Idol' winner, Scotty McCreery was half of one very important duet that would stand out to 'Idol' fans for years to come. McCreery joined fellow 'Idol' contestant Lauren Alaina for an unforgettable performance of a classic Randy Travis song.

Alaina and McCreery got together to perform Travis' 'I Told You So,' a track made popular again by Carrie Underwood. They sat on barstools on the 'Idol' stage and serenaded each other -- their voices blending together flawlessly. With both of them having country sounds, it was a match made in heaven. They performed it as part of the top 11 of the 10th season way back in 2011.

The duet obviously did good things for both singers. Ultimately, they both made it to the very crucial top two that year. They also broke 'Idol' barriers! Alaina and McCreery were the youngest match-up that year to date. McCreery was 17 and Alaina was only 16. McCreery took the top prize but both started country careers after the singing contest. McCreery was the youngest male winner to date for the reality show and the second youngest winner overall behind Jordin Sparks.

After his big duet and winning the show, the 'Feelin' It' singer took the country world by storm. His first single 'I Love You This Big' was released immediately after his time on the show. Alaina simultaneously released 'Like My Mother Does.'
