
It’s Ronnie Dunn’s House!
Ronnie Dunn and his wife Janine bought this home south of Nashville for just $2 million in May 2013, according to the Real Estalker Blog. "Just?" you ask. Well the original asking price was $4.4 million, so the 'Kiss You There' singer got quite a deal for six plus acres of land that sits next to the former governor of Tennessee's home.
Wood floors, iron gates and double fireplaces add a grandiose touch to the humble singer's new abode. The place was built in 1948 for a master metalworker. He sold in 1995, and now the Dunns become the home's third owners. Check out a few more pictures below.
