Poor Shania! Just when she's making her comeback into the country music scene, she falls on camera as she's taking the stage to present the CMT Male Video of the Year Award. But fear not: Shania Twain seemed to take the spill quite professionally before flashing a familiar winning smile to the audience.

The competition was quite stiff in this category, with Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, and CMT performers Toby Keith and Keith Urban all up for Male Video of the Year. Of course, charmer Blake Shelton won this time around for the video of his ballad ‘Who Are You When I’m Not Looking.’

Shelton was in Burbank, Calif. filming 'The Voice,' so he accepted the award from his rotating red chair. "I want to thank mostly all the fans ... and I can't believe Shania gave me the award," he beamws. Awww, so sweet. It's as if he knew Shania took a spill and he was trying to redirect the attention to how amazing she is.

Congrats to Blake for winning the CMT accolade -- and to Shania for handling an embarrassing moment with class.
