Less than one year after purchasing a 5,000 square foot home in the Nashville area, Taylor Swift's needs have apparently changed. The singer has put the four bedroom home back on the market, with a $1.45 million price tag. That's $50,000 more than she paid for the five bedroom house last September.

It's possible Swift just decided to dump some real estate, as the Forbes Magazine Best Paid Celebrities Under 30 list-maker surely isn't haven't trouble paying the mortgage. She's rumored to have two other homes in the Nashville area, as well as a $3.35 million pad in Beverly Hills. This house was built in 1929 and features a beautiful outdoor garden and fireplace, hardwood floors and "several magnificently ornate hand-crafted plaster ceilings."

It's unclear how much time the 'Sparks Fly' singer actually spent inside the house. With a busy touring schedule that recently included trips to Europe and Asia, and her usual media appointments around the U.S., it's doubtful she had many nights free to make this house a home.

Tonight Swift plays the first of four sold out shows in Newark, N.J., before continuing the Speak Now Tour in Grand Rapids, Mich. and Indianapolis, Ind. Check out pictures of the house below.
