Tyler Farr Signs to Jason Aldean’s Night Train Records

Tyler Farr has found a new label home alongside his friend Jason Aldean. The redneck country star has signed with Night Train Records, Aldean's imprint at his label Broken Bow Records.

Farr is the first artist signed to Aldean's new venture, and the two singers have a long history. In addition to their music connection — Aldean is a featured vocalist on a track called "Damn Good Friends" on Farr's sophomore album Suffer in Peace — the "Fly Over States" hitmaker was also a groomsman in Farr and wife Hannah Freeman's 2016 wedding.

"I am very excited to be a part of this new chapter in my career with Broken Bow/Night Train Records," Farr says. "I’m looking forward to working with one of my best friends in Jason Aldean and the entire Broken Bow team. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!”

“It’s cool to pursue this new endeavor in my career. I can’t think of a better way to start than signing one of my best friends," Aldean furthers. "I also really believe in him as an artist and am looking forward to everyone hearing what we’re working on."

Farr was previously signed to Columbia Nashville when he released his debut album Redneck Crazy and follow-up Suffer in Peace. Both projects produced singles that put Farr on the map, including three consecutive No. 1 hits: "Redneck Crazy," "Whiskey in My Water" and "A Guy Walks Into a Bar." He released his current single "Love by the Moon," produced by Sugarland's Kristian Bush, in May of 2018 — the first off an impending album that Aldean was at one time slated to produce. Farr describes the project as a mix of country and rock.
