Art did not mimic reality in this 2005 video, which finds a real-life singing couple channeling their retro side. The 1960's-inspired clip proves that not even a dozen of beautiful yellow roses can erase the pain of unrequited love.

Thankfully, the stars of this video don't have to worry about pain when they're together. The song in question was written by fellow country hitmaker John Rich, but he doesn't make an appearance. The singers, however, both do -- the husband and wife are sizable names and absolute mainstays in the genre.
