Worst Country Tattoos: Creepy Keith Urban

To be fair, we're not 100 percent certain this is supposed to be Keith Urban. It could be Billy Ray Cyrus, or some other non-country personality, who looks like he's peeping through an open bedroom window. There isn't much texture in the face of this ink-drawn singer, and his stubbly beard looks dirty. It sort of looks like the animation in early episodes of 'The Simpsons.' All in all, not so great.
