Brad Paisley has walked away with the ACM Male Vocalist of the Year for five straight years. It's been so long since another artist won, that a former winner (Keith Urban) has fallen out of the nomination cycle. Much like the Female Vocalist category, this group represents the next generation of country music.

Chris Young was a surprise nominee, but by no means does he merely just fit the category. He topped some artists who had big years in 2011 (like Urban, Toby Keith and George Strait) to grab a spot in the category. Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean seem to have the most momentum, with each artist looking for a major ACM Award to add to their resume.

Of course, you can never count out Kenny Chesney -- and Paisley released one of the better albums of the year in May. Click the orange button below to see each artist's chance of winning and to vote on who you think will win on April 1.
