Kacey Musgraves, Garth Brooks + More Walk iHeartRadio Music Awards Red Carpet [Pictures]
Kacey Musgraves, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Maren Morris, Jordan Davis and Bebe Rexha — among others — walked the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards in their Thursday best on March 14.
Brooks is being honored with the Artist of the Decade Award at the show, and his wife couldn't miss it. It is the first-ever presentation of an award that was created to reward outstanding achievements and broken records. The country icon, of course, is the No. 1 selling solo artist in U.S. music history, with more than 148 million albums sold. Brooks was also the first-ever artist to be awarded seven diamond plaques by the RIAA for having seven albums certified with more than 10 million in sales of each.
Morris is country's star going into Thursday night's show — she leads country music's iHeartRadio Awards nominees with four total nods, showing up in mainstream (non-country) categories including Song of the Year. She's hoping "The Middle," her collaboration with Zedd and Grey, takes home at least one win — the song also earned her nominations for Best Collaboration and Dance Song of the Year, and she also scored a nod for Best Country Song for "Rich."
Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line are up for Best Collaboration and Song of the Year for "Meant to Be." Musgraves is up for Best Cover Song with Harry Styles on their rendition of Shania Twain's "You're Still The One." She's also performing during the telecast.
