Best Song of Summer 2015: Florida Georgia Line vs. Zac Brown Band
Both contestants in this Best Song of Summer 2015 matchup cruised to victory in Round 1 of the month-long competition. Florida Georgia Line and the Zac Brown Band nabbed over 70 percent of the vote in their respective battles, setting up a matchup between two of the hottest multi-member acts in country music.
The two also have red hot summer songs. FGL's "Sun Daze" is an all-timer, with a hooky whistle and lazy, summertime theme anyone with a little bit of a wild side can appreciate. Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley topped Corey Smith's "Feet Wet" to get here.
The ZBB topped Brad Paisley's "Crushin' It" in a competition that brought plenty of fans to the polls. "Homegrown" also took 70 percent of the tally to set up this quarterfinal pairing. The winner will move on to face either Chris Janson or Reba McEntire.
Vote for your favorite up to once every hour until the polls close at 11:59PM CT on July 28. The ultimate winner will be named on Aug. 12 — only fan voting will determine who wins this contest.
