Eric Church silenced the WE Fest crowd during his encore. Kid Rock left them screaming after his. During three days of loud and live country music at Soo Pass Ranch, nearly two dozen artists took the stage, leading a wild and emotional roller coaster ride fans will be thinking about for weeks. Here are the seven best moments you missed if you couldn’t make it to WE Fest in 2016.

Billy Currington returned for his encore with an all-time great festival song. His version of "Friends in Low Places" was a several-thousand man, woman and child shout-along. It was emblematic of a set that had very few (if any) soft spots. Currington hit a homerun at WE Fest.

LoCash joined Lee Brice for "Parking Lot Party" after their own impressive WE Fest set. The "I Don't Dance" singer's set was loose, energetic and full of hits from his three studio albums. "Parking Lot Party" was never a big radio hit, but it remains a highlight of his live show.

The country-rock duo were the only ones to pay homage to the Minnesota son at WE Fest. Preston Brust proved his vocals were up to task with a cover of "Purple Rain" that became a highlight of Day 1.

The 2017 WE Fest Headliners Are ...

Fans screamed for Steven Tyler, then they screamed as Luke Bryan and Zac Brown Band were announced as headliners for the 2017 WE Fest. Tickets for the Aug. 3-5 festival are on sale now both on site and online.

Earl Dibbles Mania!

Granger Smith sang Earl Dibbles Jr.'s "'Merica" during his own set, but the suspendered one came out with an enormous dip to spit through "Country Boy Song" and mug with those lucky enough to get front row tickets. Smith performed for nearly 90 minutes, mixing his hit songs in with covers like Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'."

The Minnesota Viking cheerleaders spent a day at WE Fest, posing with fans in the campground and signing their new calendar. Then they made a surprise appearance onstage during country-rocker Steven Tyler's high energy set. He mixed songs from his new We're All Somebody From Somewhere album in alongside Aerosmith hits, but this collaboration of "Walk This Way" was truly special.

His Tim-ness

More than any other performer at WE Fest, it was clear that fans came to see Tim McGraw. Several songs became massive singalongs. Several others sounded much better than they ever did on the radio. McGraw's charismatic mix of country-rock and blues touched every single fan, and some even got a chance to touch him! Don't worry, it was nothing Mrs. McGraw will be angry about.
