Brian Collins is releasing a new single, and he's letting Taste of Country readers hear it first in this lyric video exclusive.

Collins' debut album is Healing Highway, and he's releasing its title song as his next single on Feb. 29. "Healing Highway" features Zac Brown Band's Daniel de los Reyes on percussion. Collins has shared the bill with ZBB on several occasions.

Kenny Greenberg -- whose credits include Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks, Eli Young Band and more -- produced the song.

Collins hails from West Georgia, and his debut single, "Never Really Left," led to the CMA, Billboard and CMT all naming him as an Artist to Watch. He became the highest-charting independent artist on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart with his uplifting second single, "Shine a Little Love," which earned him national media recognition and reached No. 1 on CMT's Pure 12-Pack Countdown.

Collins capitalized on that success by launching his own music festival in Florida, as well as participating in the CMA Awards. He is poised to take the next step with "Healing Highway," a song that is particularly special to him.

"'Healing Highway' is not just the title track of my album, it's a state of mind that embodies a whole sonic journey from beginning to end," he states. "As the son of two truck driving parents the road has always been my second home. It gives and it takes but it's mostly what you make of it. There will be hazards, forks and detours along the way but it's all a part of finding your healing highway."
