This place is so big it has a name. Beechwood Hall, or the H.G.W. Mayberry House after the original owners, was build in the 1850s and was later owned by a country music legend. Two modern legends scooped it up over a decade ago, but now they're selling for close to $20 million. Given everything included, that might be a steal.

There's some discrepancy about what's for sale and what isn't. Realtor.com lists a 3,300 square-foot house on 753 acres, but the Real Estalker points out a 6,800 square-foot home on the same parcel, or one nearby.
