Dolly Parton is expanding her entrepreneurial empire yet again with a line most people would have expected her to do a long time ago: Makeup!

The country singer who is widely known for her glamorous looks no matter the occasion, is helping the world let their beauty shine with her own line of products, Dolly Beauty, arriving on Aug. 22.

Up first is a lipstick collection called Heavenly Kiss featuring four shades, and if you're thinking she'll incorporate her country music catalogue into the line, you'd be right. One shared is reportedly named Jolene Red.

The veteran singer teased her new business venture on social media.

"I feel glamorous on the inside, so I want to look like it on the outside … something is coming @dollybeauty," she writes next to a photo of herself in a makeup chair holing a tube of lipstick.

Dolly Parton and Her Love Affair With Makeup

In an interview with Women's Wear Daily, Parton says she has always been fascinated by makeup and even created her own products when she was young.

“I’ve always said I never leave a rhinestone unturned,” she says in jest. “I’ve wanted to be pretty my whole life like most girls, especially country girls that have a dream of glamour."

"I started creating my own little makeup things at home when I was just a kid, and I’ve been known for wearing makeup — usually too much — for years," she adds.

The "9 to 5" singer shares such a close bond with her makeup that she admits she sleeps with it on! It's a habit that started when she was in Los Angeles.

"I started sleeping with my makeup on, partly because of the earthquakes," she explains in her book Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones. "I thought, 'I'm not heading out on the streets without makeup in case there are cameras out there! I'm going to be ready to go!'"

Fans can expect the packaging to Dolly Beauty to be just like Parton: Sparkly. Her Heavenly Kiss lipsticks will be coated in rhinestones featuring her name. Each stick is stamped with her signature butterfly imprint. One lipstick retails for $20 at DollyBeauty.com and fans can pre-register for access to the launch.

While lipstick is the first item to be released, more products are expected for Dolly Beauty.
