Every year, Willie Nelson teams up with a group of board members to help organize Farm Aid, a food and music festival that works to build a vibrant, family farm-centered system of agriculture in America. To help out the cause, several big-name artists join the festival each year -- and 2013 is no different.

This year, Jack Johnson, Kacey Musgraves, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Lukas Nelson & P.O.T.R., Bahamas, JD & the Straight Shot, Carlene Carter and Pegi Young & the Survivors will perform at the festival. Plus, Farm Aid board members Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews will join the 2013 lineup to put on an incredible show.

Farm Aid 2013 will take place Sept. 21 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

"The Farm Aid benefit concert takes place each year thanks to the generosity of artists who donate their talent to raise awareness about the crucial need we have for family farmers on the land," explains Carolyn Mugar, executive director of Farm Aid. "We are thrilled to have an eclectic lineup this year that includes returning artists, as well as artists new to the Farm Aid stage. Together, Farm Aid concertgoers and artists are changing our food system!"

In addition to hosting incredible music, Farm Aid offers up family-friendly activities and delicious food options for attendees. In the spirit of supporting farmers, several farming families will be on hand to answer questions from concertgoers and provide hands-on activities to educate people about smart farming practices.

Tickets for Farm Aid 2013 will be available starting June 28, at 10AM  ET. Regular tickets will range from $45.00 to $150.00, while a limited number of premium VIP seats range will from $300.00 to $1,500.00. For more information about the Farm Aid lineup or tickets, click here.
