George Strait has been making some pretty big headlines this week, and for good reason. He announced and dropped an album in only a number of days, released a new single and announced shows in Las Vegas. Now the King of Country has one more trick left up his sleeve — the Strait From Texas pop up store in downtown Nashville.

The shop is open in time to celebrate the release of his new album. It will be located at the Ernest Tubb Record Shop on Lower Broadway (417 Broadway) for a limited time. Featured in the short-time store is new merchandise including T-shirts, memorabilia and catalog albums along with his brand new one, Cold Beer Conversation. The store opened Friday morning (Sept. 25), the same day as the release of his latest project, and will remain intact for at least ten days, so all of you outside Music City had better book those plane tickets fast.

Cold Beer Conversation is now available at Apple Music and Walmart. Pre-sale tickets for Strait's shows in Vegas are also now up for the taking, while the public on-sale begins Friday, Oct. 2.

To coincide with the ticket pre-sale, Strait has also partnered with internet radio station Pandora to deliver a mix tape celebrating his biggest influences, newest album and his Las Vegas performance dates, which you can listen to here.

Don't miss out on your chance to see Strait's Vegas performances by entering for a chance to win a pair of tickets from Taste of Country! You can enter by signing up for the Taste of Country newsletter, subscribing to our YouTube channel, following us on Twitter or Instagram or by answering George Strait trivia.
