Jason Aldean Dating Brittany Kerr

Jason Aldean is dating Brittany Kerr, the same woman he was famously photographed kissing in September 2012.

Speculation that the two were dating began after Kerr began appearing backstage at Aldean's concerts. A photo of her behind the scenes appeared on the Instagram page of Taylor Higgins, girlfriend to ex-Major League Baseball player Chipper Jones. That photo has since been removed, but at least two other pictures were taken of Kerr at a concert, including one of her in a hat, snapped in January, according to TMZ.

Reps for the star have confirmed to Taste of Country that Aldean and Kerr started dating after he split from his wife. Shortly after the photos of the two kissing were made public, Aldean made a statement that it was a one-time moment fueled by too much alcohol.

He and Jessica — his wife since 2001 — tried to work things out before ultimately announcing their separation in April 2013. Aldean filed for divorce last May.
