Kenny Chesney to Bottle His Island Adventures With Blue Chair Bay Premium Rum

Kenny Chesney has been vocal about his love for island living, with his 'Pirate Flag' video set in paradise, and upcoming album 'Life on the Rock' inspired by islanders he's met. In fact, he loves his experiences with the sun and sand so much, he's going to bottle his island adventures up, and launch his own line or rum.

Chesney explains that the concept behind the Blue Chair Bay Premium Rum, which was inspired by his friends on the island, his fans, and his music. "If I could ... bottle all of the heart and the passion and the energy that my fans bring to the show, and all the heart and passion and energy that me and the band bring to the stage, and then add in my life in the islands ... if I could bottle all that up, what would it taste like?"

The singer, who is currently on his No Shoes Nation Tour, was heavily involved with the concept of the rum, all the way down to the appearance. "It was important for me, for this rum and everything about it -- even the way it was packaged -- for it to come from a real, true place." It sounds like Blue Chair Bay Premium Rum was a real adventure to bottle up, and hopefully fans of Chesney will soon be able to experience it for themselves.
