Kenny Chesney will join Lady Gaga and Usher to celebrate former President Bill Clinton's charitable work this month. Chesney has just been added to the lineup for A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation.

The Edge and Bono from U2 will also appear at the October 15 concert. Along with Chesney, Somali Canadian star K'naan and Colombian pop star Juanes were late additions. "I am deeply grateful that the artists associated with the concert are giving their time and talent to raise awareness about the work of my foundation," Clinton said in a statement.

The William J. Clinton Foundation has helped nearly four million people suffering with HIV/AIDS. They've also worked to build healthier learning environments in schools, reduced greenhouse gases in major cities and improved the livelihood of small-businesses and farmers. The entire event will be streamed live on Yahoo, beginning at 10PM ET on the 15th.
