It’s Kid Rock’s House!

Kid Rock has put his Malibu home on the market for nearly $13.5 million, or $1,600 per square foot for real estate buffs. If he sells at that price point, he'll make almost $2 million on an investment he put money down on in 2006. While the singer is know as a country and rock n' roll madman, his decorative tastes are more subdued and sophisticated, his designer told Zillow.

The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, guesthouse and pool with outdoor shower. The open floor plan includes a formal living room that doubles as a screening room. Add an exercise room and family room and there's plenty or room to party or just chill, if that's what you prefer. Rock probably did a lot of both.
