Lady Antebellum has once again claimed the top spot on Billboard's country singles chart this week with their smash hit 'Just a Kiss.' Their reign at the top marks the second straight week that the trio's single has held down the spot on Billboard. This week, the tune also climbs to the top of the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart for its first week.

'Just a Kiss' is the first single from Lady A's forthcoming 'Own the Night' album, which is set to hit stores on September 13. The song was penned by the band, along with Peach Picker and hit songwriter Dallas Davidson.

"I’ll never forget the day we wrote our single, ‘Just a Kiss,'" Lady A's Hillary Scott says, according to the band's label, Capitol Records. "The guys were over at Dallas Davidson’s, in his writing room, and I was in the vocal booth actually singing a vocal on another one of the songs on the album. And so, Charles called and said, ‘Hillary, I know you’re singing, but you’ve got to get over here. We started something that we really think is special.’ And so I drove down Music Row and hopped in the writing room with the boys, and we wrote it and loved it. [We] unanimously felt that it was something really special and could most likely be our first single."

Lady Antebellum's next single from the album is 'We Owned the Night.' The tune was also penned by the band and Dallas Davidson. This fall, the trio will headline their Own the Night Tour with special guests Josh Kelley, Edens Edge and Randy Montana. Click here for a complete list of dates where the tour will be stopping.
