Luke Bryan Spends Quality Time With His Sons, With Help from Their School
Luke Bryan is in demand, which can make maintaining his family life difficult. The "forever" nature of family might prioritize his quality time with his sons low on other people's to-do lists, but he finds ways to do it all.
It's a team effort. Speaking to WYRK's Clay & Liz prior to the 2018 ACM Awards, Bryan shares that he finds time whenever and wherever he can. He had just taken his boys turkey hunting (more on that in a second) and got them to school by 8:30 or 9 — about 30 minutes late.
“Our school understands that a lot of times I haven’t seen ‘em in awhile," he says, "So a moment like that, getting to go out and hunt for one morning and then I’m off to Vegas ..."
The hunt was not successful. Bo missed a tough shot, so he's still looking for his bird. They'll have plenty more opportunities, with the help from the kids' school and Bryan's wife, Caroline. She has become the family scrapbooker, often using her personal Instagram to share precious moments the Bryan boys enjoy together.
Like this shirtless gem from March:
"I’m like, ‘Hey, if my wife wants to put that out there I can’t argue with it,’” the superstar says, laughing.
Bryan didn't win anything at the ACM Awards, but he did perform his latest single "Most People Are Good" and thoroughly enjoyed Reba McEntire's performance of "Does He Love You."
He'll be on the road again soon, as the What Makes You Country Tour begins on May 31 in Toronto.
