If Miranda Lambert's new song 'Over You' ends up in the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame, there's no doubt she'll have earned it. The ballad has taken on hits from country superstars like Keith Urban and Rascal Flatts. Last week, the Texas born singer's fans grabbed over 61 percent of the vote, making easy work of 'Banjo.'

Jason Aldean may be the only country star as hot as Lambert right now. He just released the music video for his fifth single from 'My Kinda Party.' 'Fly Over States' is a mid-tempo tribute to the hard-working men, women and families that make up the American heartland. It's the sort of song that seems built to unite his fanbase -- perhaps to the point of pushing Mrs. Blake Shelton out of the winner's circle.

Since its release on the 'Four the Record' album, critics and fans have waited eagerly to hear 'Over You' on the radio. Lambert has said it's one of her favorite songs from the album, as she wrote it with her husband about the tragic death of his older brother. Like any great country song, one finds themselves thinking about the loss of a loved one. The fist few listens leave their mark on a box of tissues.

Listen to both songs and then decide which song you think is better suited to move on. If Lambert wins, she'll need just one more win to reach enshrinement in the Showdown Hall of Fame. Voting ends on March 25 at 11:59PM ET.

Showdown Rules: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and winner goes on to face next week’s challenger. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, he or she will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete.
