Reba McEntire Is Teasing ‘Reba’ Fans About a Reboot
Reba McEntire turned to social media to once again drop a tantalizing hint about a possible reboot of her hit show, Reba.
The country music icon posted the photo above to Instagram early Tuesday (March 13), showing her posing with her former castmates Melissa Peterman and Christopher Rich.
"Now all we need is the rest of the REBA cast!!" McEntire writes to accompany the reunion photo.
Peterman herself replied to the post, writing, "I have their phone numbers ... Let's do this!!! Xoxo love you." Peterman played Barbra Jean on Reba, which ran on the WB and the CW from 2001 until 2007. Rich played the role of Brock Hart, the ex-husband of Reba's title character.
Reba Says She's Ready to Love Again
In light of all of the classic TV shows that have been returning to television, including Will & Grace and Roseanne, Reba told Entertainment Tonight in August of 2017 that she has been in talks to revive her beloved show.
"There have been some in the past and hopefully some in the future too," she said. McEntire adds that the cast are all on board if that comes to fruition. "We'd love to do it."
