It’s Sheryl Crow’s House!
Sheryl Crow's Cross Creek Farm has been on and off the market since 2010, with the current price dropped to $5.8 million as of August 2013. Originally she wanted $7.5 million, but was willing to take $4.5 million just two years ago. A look at this home and the 150 scenic acres it sits on makes anything less seem like a steal.
Records show the home was built in 2000, but Crow wasn't the original owner. Additional structures that come with the 10,000 square-foot main living space include a barn, stable, guest house and storage building, plus a luxurious recording studio. All for only $5.8 million? After flipping through pictures of lesser homes that went for more, it's clear the 'Easy' singer is looking to move quickly.
