So Tyler Farr walks into a bar, and he leaves with his third No. 1 single.

Farr's "A Guy Walks Into a Bar" reached the top spot on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase country charts this week, marking his third No. 1 following "Redneck Crazy" and "Whiskey in My Water."

Penned by Jonathan Singleton, Melissa Peirce and Brad Tursi, the RIAA Gold-certified hit "A Guy Walks Into a Bar" scores Farr his first top single off of his sophomore album, Suffer in Peace, which was released April 28. The album reached the top 5 in its opening week on the Billboard Top 200 and Billboard Country Albums Chart.

Farr tweeted to his fans on Monday (May 18) after receiving the good news.

Although Farr's single got a top honor this week, he shows no sign of slowing down the momentum. Farr released his follow-up single, "Withdrawals," to radio on Tuesday (May 19), a standout track we said would "get him noticed as a premiere vocalist in country music."

“'Withdrawals’ is my favorite track that I’ve been part of the production on,” says Farr. “It’s a rocker, it’s sad, it’s a heartbreaking song, but still, it doesn’t make you want to cry, it makes you want to scream. You can feel the passion and tension coming from the song.”

Following Farr's success, he has a busy summer ahead of him playing dates on Jason Aldean's Burn It Down tour, as well as festivals and fairs from the Midwest to the East Coast.
