Best Album of the Year – 2014 Taste of Country Awards

2013 was a great year for country albums! Women may not have dominated the charts, but they produced some of the best LPs of the year. Ashley Monroe, Kacey Musgraves and Kellie Pickler all recorded projects that made our list of the Top 10 of 2013. Now, it’s time for fans to decide who their choice for No. 1 is.

Blake Shelton’s ‘Based on a True Story …’ won a CMA, but can it win a ToC? New projects from Brad Paisley, Charlie Worsham, Gary Allan, Keith Urban, the Band Perry and Tim McGraw also make the cut, allowing them to be nominees in this category. Newcomer Brandy Clark released ’12 Stories’ late, and while it may have gotten past us, it hasn’t gotten past fans. The ‘Stripes’ singer is certainly deserving.

Vote for one album every hour until this poll closes on Feb. 11 at 10AM ET. All winners in the eight ToC Awards categories will be announced later that day. Last year, Taylor Swift’s ‘Red’ won this award.
