Billy Ray Cyrus would be better off sticking to music, according to the 31st annual Razzie Awards. The multi-platinum selling recording artist was nominated as the Worst Supporting Actor of 2010.

Cyrus is in good company. The musician turned actor-musician is nominated for Worst Supporting Actor for his role in 'The Spy Next Door,' among nominees that include comedian George Lopez, 'Twilight' star Jackson Rathbone, Rob Schneider and Dev Patel.

Though it's usually an honor to receive a nod for your work on the big screen, a Razzie is more like a head shake. The awards ceremony recognizes the 'worst of' in film, and precedes the Academy Awards by one day.

Cyrus' headline-making daughter, Miley Cyrus, was also nominated for an award in the Worst Actress category for her starring role in 'The Last Song.' Razzie Award "winners" are chosen by votes from paying members, with this year's Golden Raspberry Award ceremony to take place on Feb. 26.

Poor Cyrus can't catch a break -- the Razzie nomination comes just two weeks after the news that he is being sued by a former road manager.
