Bobby Bones has sold his massive Nashville-area estate, and the buyer got a sweet deal on the stunning luxury property.

The radio personality and musician first listed his 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 14,804-square-foot mansion in a very exclusive part of Music City for $9,250,000 in September of 2023, but dropped the price several times after the property did not attract a buyer.

According to Realtor.com, he sold the house for $6.9 million in a deal that closed on June 4, 2024.

While that selling price represents a significant discount from the original asking price, it's still considerably more than the $3,724,800 Bones paid for the luxury property in June of 2020. The final price breaks down to $466 per square foot and a monthly payment of $41,532.

The estate is completely fenced, and it features three gated entrances and a full surveillance system to ensure maximum privacy and security.
