Carrie Underwood to Appear on ‘Live on Letterman’ Webcast
Carrie Underwood fans are waiting expectantly for May 1, when they will finally be able to snag a copy of the starlet's upcoming record 'Blown Away.' But before her newest work hits the shelves, the 'Before He Cheats' singer is poised to hit the web as a part of a 'Live on Letterman' webcast. The award-winning concert series will feature Underwood performing a mix of her beloved hits and her new single 'Good Girl' from her forthcoming record.
Taking place the night before the record drops, Underwood's 'Live on Letterman' appearance will be broadcast live from New York City's Ed Sullivan Theater Monday, April 30 at 8PM ET on CBS' website, as well as on the CBS JumboTron in Times Square, on several mobile applications and on VEVO.
'Live on Letterman' has seen more than 100 million views since its inception and hosted some of the biggest musicians and bands across the globe. In addition to readying herself for the concert and the release of 'Blown Away,' Underwood is also covering Billboard this week, looking quite stunning in black with windblown hair framing her face. The starlet has seen 'Good Girl' go gold already, as it continues to make its way up the country songs chart.
The 'Live on Letterman' webcast with Carrie Underwood will occur right after she appears on the set of the 'Late Show with David Letterman' for a filming which will air later that night, after her webcast. Catch the country star online at 8 and then again on your TV at 11:35PM ET on 'Letterman.'
