Dierks Bentley and OneRepublic Teaming Up for ‘CMT Crossroads’
What do you get when you blend country favorite Dierks Bentley with pop-rock band OneRepublic? Another great edition of 'CMT Crossroads!'
The CMT show lauds that great music knows no boundaries, and the far-reaching roots of country can plant some pretty amazing collaborations with other genres. Now, Bentley will have a chance to make a little music with OneRepublic, showing that his genre can be at home alongside the pop group (and vice versa).
Bentley and OneRepublic will share the stage in an upcoming, all-new episode of 'CMT Crossroads,' which will premiere mid-March. They will meet and collaborate for the very first time in Nashville.
The 'CMT Crossroads: OneRepublic and Dierks Bentley' episode will feature the stars playing together, swapping stories and sharing their common love of music. While Bentley's music is more laid-back and acoustic-laden, OneRepublic's music gets the heart pumping with its groovy beats and catchy choruses.
Bentley has an exciting couple of months ahead of him, with his documentary airing Feb. 22 and his seventh album streeting Feb. 25. He'll also be in Mexico that week, performing at the first-ever Tropical Nights: Boots in the Sand event, where fans may get a chance to hear some of his new material.
Previous episodes of 'Crossroads' have found the Band Perry paired with Fallout Boy, Rascal Flatts teamed with Journey and Lady Antebellum onstage with Stevie Nicks.
