Florida Georgia Line, Kane Brown to Present at 2019 Billboard Music Awards
The 2019 Billboard Music Awards is only a day away, and the list of presenters for the awards show has been revealed. Country stars Kane Brown and Florida Georgia Line are representing country music on the list.
Both are doing duty beyond the presenter's mic, hoping to bring home trophies of their own. FGL is nominated this year for Top Country Artist, Top Country Duo/Group, and Top Radio Song for "Meant To Be" featuring Bebe Rexha; as well as Top Radio Song for "Meant To Be."
Brown is nominated for Top Country Artist, Top Male Country Artist, Top Country Album for his self-titled record, and Top Country Song for "Heaven."
Meanwhile, Dan + Shay will be performing a collaboration alongside Tori Kelly during the telecast. The duo is up against FGL for Top Country Duo/Group and is also nominated in six other categories.
There will be plenty of notable moments during the May 1 broadcast, including performances from Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift and Brendon Urie (who will be giving the first live performance of their recently released single "Me!") and This Is Us actor Chrissy Metz.
Non-country performers include BTS, Halsey, Jonas Brothers, Khalid, Madonna, Lauren Daigle, Panic! At The Disco, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, Maluma, Ciara, Paula Abdul, and Ariana Grande.
The awards air 8PM ET on NBC and are being held in Las Vegas.
