Florida Georgia Line have loving on their minds in their sizzling "Talk You Out of It," their new single.

The slow, sexy ballad starts off with a banjo riff framed by a loping beat of electronic percussion, juxtaposing country and R&B elements as Tyler Hubbard begins to sing, "Girl I know you had a long day / You ain't feeling them downtown lights / But I got a bottle at your favorite place / It's waiting for us in a bucket on ice."

The narrator manages to talk his lady love into getting ready to hit the town, but once he sees her in the dress she chose, his intentions change: "Now you're looking like a line from a Vandross song / I'm looking at that fine little dress you got on / Don't get me wrong, girl, I love it / Now I just wanna talk you out of it," the duo sing in the chorus

"Talk You Out of It" is the third song fans have heard from FGL's highly-anticipated upcoming fourth album. They dropped the lead single from the new project, an acoustic-driven single titled "Simple," in June , revealing a more organic direction for some of the new music. That same day they also gave fans another new track, "Colorado," a rowdy country-rock track that demonstrates that even though they are settling into married life and families, the FGL guys can still bring the party. With "Talk You Out of It," they reveal yet another layer of their new album, with both a romantic tinge and the kind of pop-country and soulful influences fans have come to expect from the duo.

Did You Know: Michael Hardy co-wrote "Talk You Out of It" with Jameson Rodgers, Hunter Phelps and Alysa Vanderheym. Hardy also wrote FGL's "Simple."

Florida Georgia Line's "Talk You Out of It" Lyrics:

Girl I know you had a long day / You ain't feeling them downtown lights / But I got a bottle at your favorite place / It's waiting for us in a bucket on ice / Damn I didn't think it'd be that easy / 'Cause now you're getting ready / I'm just sitting here watching TV / Here you come looking like a grown man's dream / Damn, I can't believe, I can't believe

Chorus:

I talked you into slippin' down the hall / Baby turnin' on your playlist you play when you're in the shower / Talked you into taking up our time / Making up your mind / Switching back and forth for an hour / Now you're looking like a line from a Vandross song / I'm looking at that fine little dress you got on / Don't get me wrong, girl, I love it / Now I just wanna talk you out of it

Yeah as cool as it would be / Watching people wonder who you are / Oh we should just say we did / We can start with a kiss / And pretend we just got back from the bar

Repeat Chorus

Yeah it's a little cold outside / Music's probably way too loud to hear you laugh / And there's a look in your eyes / Looks like we ain't leaving now / Girl, I'm so glad, I'm so glad

Repeat Chorus
