Kane Brown keeps turning up the heat. Fresh off a No. 1 hit with "Lose It," the recently-married newcomer announced the smoldering "Good as You" will be his next radio single.

Sultry guitar chords open this love ballad, and Brown becomes a stone-cold crooner as he reveals his intentions. "Good as You" was written by Brown, Brock Berryhill, Shy Carter, Taylor Phillips and Will Weatherly. The song describes a relationship with a sweet-hearted girl who takes care of her mom, takes care of her man, lights up any room she enters and seems too good to be true — and Brown feels inspired to live up to her standards in return.

"It may take a hundred lifetimes to do / But baby I just want to be good as you," he sings with a big smile on his face, a gentle banjo line playing under the lyrics.

Lyrically, "Good as You" is PG-rated, but over a soundscape of yearning guitars and patient grooves the song is a true sheet burner. He may have just released his "Die a Happy Man," a comparison made for all the right reasons.

Did You Know?: Those are real scenes from Brown's October wedding to Katelyn Jae in the music video. The performance, like many on Experiment, was inspired by her.

Kane Brown, "Good As You" Lyrics:

See the way you're taking care of your Mama / The way you’re taking care of me / The way you light up any room, girl / You're what this world should be / Tomorrow, tonight, the rest of my life / I wanna be the man you want me to be / So starting right now, girl, tell me everything you need.

Chorus:
I just wanna wake up everyday here in this bed / Never leave I love you left unsaid / It might take a hundred lifetimes to do / But baby, I just wanna be good as you.

Girl, you're more than just the surface / Yeah, you got that heart of gold / So when it comes to loving you, baby / No, it will never get old / Tomorrow, tonight, the rest of my life / I wanna be the man you want me to be / So startin' right now, girl, tell me everything you need.

Good as you, baby.
