This year's annual 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest' just got a little more country. Lady Antebellum will perform on the show, helping fans all across the country ring in the new year.

The hitmaking trio are scheduled to headline the 2014 Bash on Broadway in downtown Nashville, and part of their performance will air live as part of the the national broadcast. Singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw will also join the show live from Music City.

“Being included in such an iconic music event like 'Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve' further strengthens the Music City brand and Nashville as a destination,” says Nashville Mayor Karl Dean (quote via the Hollywood Reporter). “We have seen the Jack Daniel’s Bash on Broadway grow tremendously, and its inclusion on a national show is a natural extension of its growth and popularity. Lady A and Gavin DeGraw are great representatives of the music in our city, and we are excited to have them headline the night in Nashville.”

The show will air Dec. 31 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC, featuring more than 38 performances and five-and-a-half hours of music. Taylor Swift will headline the broadcast in a performance from Times Square.
